Product studio / Working demonstration

Show the work.
Make the decision clearer.

What do we own? What can an agent do? What did the pilot actually change? Run a fictional proof, inspect the full results, and prepare a complete briefing.

Fictional proof / three current engines

Ready. Run the proof to generate actual results from the fictional inputs.

A briefing you can inspect.

Run the proof to see source hints, permission decisions and pilot exclusions.
All inputs are fictional. No account or connection is required.

Keep the complete handoff

Take the reasoning
into the room.

Every export reruns all three engines and checks the full report. The packet contains all inputs, full results, exclusions and the questions to resolve before a real pilot.

Inspect or replace the combined input draft

These inputs contain fictional source code, grants, events and pilot observations. Editing invalidates the report. Replacement is bounded to 3 MiB. No input is uploaded.

To prepare institution-specific work, use only information you are permitted to process. This public demonstration provides no production approval or verified identity.

The studio connects three supplied-input reviews into one packet. It establishes no causal relationship between them. Code hints are heuristic, grants are simulation declarations, and pilot figures are supplied observations. A hash is an input fingerprint, not proof of identity or authenticity. No core access, financial transactions or achieved savings are established.

Choose one practical scope.

Policy sources for one team, an authorized code portfolio, or one read-only delegated-access scenario.

Name the reviewer.

Agree who can authorize source use, validate the findings and accept the handoff.

Measure the whole task.

Capture preparation, review and corrections alongside operation. Keep incomplete comparisons visible.

Make it specific to your institution.

A real engagement defines contracts, permitted information, integration boundaries and acceptance criteria.

The complete product collection

Sixteen experiences.
Useful from the first click.

Each tool has an explicit method and limit. Start with fictional information, inspect the result and save the work your team needs to review.

From demonstration to delivery

Start narrow.
Leave with something usable.

A scoped engagement makes the preparation specific to your institution: approved sources, owners, reviewers, acceptance and a maintainable handoff.

The questions worth answering

  1. What rights and contract terms apply to the source?
  2. Who owns the workflow and validates its dependencies?
  3. What evidence would real delegated access require?
  4. Which complete observations support the value claim?
  5. What will the team accept, keep and maintain?
