These terms govern use of llmsquared.com. They do not govern a client engagement. If we are working together, the executed engagement agreement and any nondisclosure agreement control, and where those conflict with this page, those documents win.
What this site is
This site contains marketing and informational material describing services offered to financial institutions. It is a description of potential work, not an offer capable of acceptance and not a contract. Scope, fees, deliverables and terms for an engagement are established in a written agreement signed by both parties.
What this site is not
Nothing here is legal, regulatory, accounting, investment or examination advice, and nothing here creates an advisory relationship. Statements about supervisory expectations, guidance and regulation are our reading of published material as of the date written. Regulation changes and examiners exercise judgment. Consult your own counsel, compliance function and regulator before relying on anything you read here.
Forward-looking and illustrative statements
Where this site describes outcomes, timelines, product patterns or results, those statements describe what an engagement may be designed to produce. They are not guarantees. Results depend on facts specific to the institution, including the quality of supplied material and the decisions its people make.
Intellectual property
The content, design, frameworks and marks on this site belong to LLM Squared or their respective owners and licensors. The Know Your Agent framework and book are the work of their authors. You may read, print and share these pages for evaluation. You may not republish them commercially or present them as your own.
What you send us
Do not send confidential information, customer information, nonpublic personal information or information covered by an obligation of confidence through an ordinary website email link. An email does not create a duty of confidentiality. When confidential information needs to be exchanged, the parties should first execute appropriate terms and select an appropriate channel.
Third-party links
This site links to material we do not control, including KYA Advisory, the Know Your Agent book site and public regulatory or standards resources. Links are provided because the material may be useful. LLM Squared is not responsible for third-party content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement in either direction.
Availability
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and to the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties concerning the website itself. Nothing in this paragraph limits an obligation established in a signed engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LLM Squared is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. This limitation applies to the website only. Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Governing law for an engagement is established in the engagement agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
