The method / One workflow at a time

How it works

Two to four weeks. One workflow. An institution-owned decision file with the sources, questions and unresolved items behind it.

Four steps

From a calendar decision to a file your team keeps.

  1. Agree the boundary. Choose the decision, workflow owner, permitted sources and the question the institution needs to answer.
  2. Prepare the evidence. Identify source versions, files or terms. Agree the cases and reviewer before checking the result.
  3. Review the failures. Keep missing answers, candidate effects, exclusions and open terms visible. Correct and retest only the agreed scope.
  4. Leave the file. The institution keeps its one-page decision and supporting file. Wait, narrow the scope or do not buy are valid conclusions.

Scope and fee are fixed in writing after one working session.

Choose the work

One decision. One accountable owner.

Procedure answers

Which source controls, which questions remain unanswered, and who owns the correction.

Core change

Files in scope, owners, candidate dependents and the questions to retest before release.

Core change

Pilot or renewal

Tested cases, exclusions, delegated authority and terms that remain open.

For the engineer

Inspect the existing methods.

Public tools show the method on fictional inputs. An engagement uses only sources the institution is allowed to share. The engineer page keeps the complete tools, supplied-input limits and current assistant downloads together.

For the engineer

We do not connect to a core, compile or execute source code, move money, certify compliance or provide a legal opinion. The tools do not verify a real identity or establish achieved savings.

Start with a general scope

Book a twenty-minute scope call.

Bring the decision on the calendar and the person who owns the workflow. Agree the handling route before sharing documents.

Prepare notes before the call
