Your participation and the handoff.
- Name the decision owner and reviewer at the scope session.
- Supply only the agreed sources, versions and required cases through the approved route.
- Review extracted fields, open terms, failures and exclusions. Vendors and institution reviewers own their answers.
- Inspect the brief and supporting registers before the handoff. We correct preparation errors within the agreed scope; new sources, cases or a changed decision need a scope decision.
The written scope defines the source and case counts, interviews, correction window, delivery format, support period and acceptance questions. No review starts on a generic website promise. A later source change can trigger a separately scoped refresh.
