Browser calculator terms

Effective October 1, 2026. These terms describe use of the Vendor Compare browser calculator. Questions: steve@ambaassador.com.

Purpose and responsibility

The calculator produces modeled costs from your supplied terms and assumptions. Confirm the original fee schedules, permission to use source documents and whether the supported model fits the agreement.

Results and limits

A lowest modeled cost is not a vendor-selection recommendation. The calculator does not determine legal enforceability, service quality, creditworthiness, tax treatment or regulatory suitability. Review material decisions with the appropriate professionals. Fictional examples are demonstrations, not market quotations or achieved savings.

Acceptable use

Do not include credentials, unauthorized information or personal customer records. Do not represent an incomplete, unreviewed or synthetic comparison as a verified contractual result.

Availability and saved work

This is an evaluation release. Save inputs and reports to retain your work; there are no calculator accounts or cloud history. The browser calculator creates no payment, paid subscription or purchase commitment.

Corrections

Report discrepancies with the displayed version and a minimal fictional or redacted example. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. See the calculation guide for supported fee mechanics.

Renewal planning

Renewal review uses already interpreted, human-confirmed terms. It does not interpret a contract, decide legal timeliness, deliver a notice or establish delivery evidence. You are responsible for controlling documents, amendments and approved dates. Calendar exports require separate import and notification configuration. Missing or conflicting evidence blocks definitive dates; prepared documents do not establish approval or completed action.

Quote changes and completeness

Revision review compares supplied structured files. Reported gaps cover declared modeled terms and source confirmation; omitted original-document information cannot be discovered from a missing entry. Modeled deltas require matching activity, period, vendor scope and exclusions plus resolved, confirmed terms. A delta is not an achieved saving or contractual conclusion.
