Common fixes

• Validation error: check source references, nonnegative decimal strings, service volumes and the shared period. Do not use commas or currency symbols in inputs.
• No ranking: review missing fees, unresolved costs, source confirmations and exclusions.
• Tier error: boundaries must increase; only the final tier is unlimited.
• Lost edits: save inputs before closing or refreshing. Incomplete inputs can be saved as a draft.
• Import error: use the exported JSON structure and keep amounts and quantities as strings. Browser files must be no larger than 4 MiB. The separate hosted MCP request limit is 256 KiB.
• AI connection: this static browser edition has no sign-in or MCP backend. Prepare JSON separately in an assistant, then import it here.

Do not email passwords, tokens, customer records or unredacted confidential contracts. Read the guide or download the sample inputs.

Renewal review help

A blocked deadline needs the missing evidence or conflict resolved and the controlling source reconfirmed. Imports clear confirmations. Use a reviewed explicit date for complex notice clauses. Quote-change review

Use two saved, valid comparison inputs for the earlier and revised slots. Incomplete quote drafts and PDFs are not accepted here. Confirm source terms on both sides after import. A blocked cost impact lists changed workload/scope, unresolved terms or changed exclusions. Exact names are required for vendor/scenario matches; review renamed entries explicitly.

Renewal portfolio controls

Use New review, Add contract and confirmed removal without JSON editing. New rows are blocked drafts with a placeholder date question that must be resolved. Import previews let you keep the current portfolio. Save before leaving; source confirmation is cleared on reopening.
